И немного пересказа что к чему, для тех кто не владеет английским, но умеет пользоваться промтом:
> The first two pages are the Alliance talking about the SUC. The SUC are (they're guessing) made up of talented youths who've left their clans / martial art schools and are acting alone / independently*.
* Another way of translating this would be that they haven't left their clans, but are simply acting individually (from the clans) with other members of the SUC. The 문파를 떠나 could either mean that they've left their clans or are working together regardless of their clans (the relationships the clans might have between one another).

> I'm not entirely sure if the photos are meant to be members of the SUC. As noted above, the Alliance isn't too sure who the SUC is composed of, just that they suspect it might be talented youths. The photos are of the current talented youngsters who've been getting notice. Some of them have entirely vanished and are assumed to be entirely unreachable by both the alliance and their individual clans. Yu JiGun is probably one good example of said unreachable youth, since it's been stated that he's been expelled from his clan / school.

> According to page 3, there's a deal between JiGun and Sera. Once the job (probably killing ShiWoon?) is done, SeRa is going to work with his group. JiGun says "us" so he probably has some kind of organization he's working with.

> ShiWoon and co. talk a bit, ShiWoon says that he learned a few tricks, Jinie wonders why her grandfather isn't answering her.

> ShiWoon and co. meet JiGun and co. SeRa points out that GuMoonRyong hasn't shown up, ShiWoon points out that she probably never expected him to show up, since anyone who knows that his danjeon is broken should be aware of the relationship between ShiWoon and GMR (mainly that GMR abandoned ShiWoon) and the fact that she went after him regardless means that her business is with him, and not with GMR.

> Jinie tells JiGun and co. that they have nothing to do with the SUC. ShiWoon, who has no idea who they are, asks "SUC? What's that?" JiGun believes that it's an act, and then asks who Jinie is with if not the SUC, considering her formidable skills. ShiWoon has had enough, tells Jinie that she doesn't have to answer, then tells JiGun to get the fight on.

> Yi GyuBum and Asian Kimbo Slice* are talking, and GyBum asks if ShiWoon stands a chance. Asian Park JiSung says he taught ShiWoon a few tricks, but will probably get the crap beaten out of him. He points out that Shiwoon has hella tough healing powers, though, and that he won't die that easily. He then decides it's time to go, and when GyuBum asks where, he says to get the family head (ShiWoon), pointing out that healing powers only work when you're alive, and that he's going to bring ShiWoon back before he gets killed. GyuBum worries that this would be violating Elder Gwun's "don't let others know about the SunWoo clan" policy but Asian Fu Man Chu says that it doesn't matter, since he's already lost favor with Elder Gwun anyways. Plus, it's to save the family head's life, so it's all good. But then, of course, those guys come and tell Asian Hulk Hogan that Elder Gwun has called for him and that he's to come immediately.

* Hah! Still did it again.

> Elder Gwun ain't so happy with the way things are going. He's not gonna let things go their way. In his own words, "Don't blame me, brat. You brought this upon yourself." I dunno, he's either trying to teach ShiWoon a lesson, or trying to let ShiWoon get killed by preventing Asian Captain Jack from saving him
